Located within one of the largest entertainment destinations in the region, the zone was designed to reflect Spain’s lively character and artistic soul.
Our company was responsible for the full execution of the Spain Zone, transforming creative concepts into a tangible experience. Through close coordination with design consultants and stakeholders, we delivered a culturally authentic and visually captivating environment on a fast-track schedule.

The architectural language of the Spain Zone draws direct inspiration from historic Andalusian cities. Iconic elements from Spanish landmarks such as the Alhambra Palace, traditional courtyards, arched corridors, and tile mosaics were seamlessly integrated into the design.
Our construction team brought these visions to life using high-precision masonry, custom-made decorative tiles, carved columns, and detailed plasterwork. The result is an elegant architectural narrative that immerses visitors in the essence of Spanish heritage while meeting modern safety and engineering standards.

Technical Execution & Construction Scope
As the main construction partner, our company managed the full spectrum of design implementation, civil works, and finishing for the Spain Zone within a tight project timeline. The work was delivered with exceptional speed, precision, and adherence to international quality standards.

Site Preparation & Infrastructure:
Complete site leveling, utility coordination, underground services installation, and groundwork were executed to accommodate the complex layout of the Spain Zone.
Structural Construction:
We constructed multiple themed buildings and open areas using reinforced concrete and lightweight steel frameworks, ensuring structural integrity without compromising aesthetic requirements.
Thematic Finishing:
Our teams developed custom facades using GFRC, decorative plaster, and natural stone to recreate authentic Spanish textures and finishes. We also implemented hand-painted ceramic tiles and ornamental ironworks to reflect the traditional craftsmanship of Spanish architecture.
MEP Integration:
All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were seamlessly integrated into the design, ensuring comfort and safety without disrupting the cultural aesthetics of the zone.
Lighting & Ambience:
Specialized ambient and architectural lighting was installed to highlight architectural features and enhance the evening visitor experience.
Fast-Track Delivery:
Despite the complexity of the project, our team completed all civil and finishing works in just 82 days, using parallel workflows, 24/7 shift operations, and lean construction principles.
